The content and site are not intended as a substitute for medical counseling or consultation. You should consult your personal physician before starting this or any other diet or fitness program.

 

Do not start any diet or fitness program with us if your physician or healthcare provider advises against it. WebFitness.com is intended for healthy adults as they make decisions for themselves and for their families.  WebFitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel your membership or use of the websites if we determine that you have or if you inform us that you have certain medical conditions including those referenced below. WebFitness reserves the right to cancel your membership should you violate these terms and conditions and any other posted policy on the sites as determined by WebFitness in its sole discretion.

 

Usage of WebFitness or related properties is prohibited by persons suffering from eating or related disorders.

 

In becoming a Member with the intent of using the Sites, you affirm that either (A) all of the following statements are true: (i) no physician has ever informed you that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activities recommended by a physician; (ii) you have never felt chest pain when engaging in physical activity; (iii) you have not experienced chest pain when not engaged in physical activity at any time within the past month; (iv) you have never lost your balance because of dizziness and you have never lost consciousness; (v) you do not have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity; (vi) your physician is not currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or heart condition; (vii) you do not have a history of high blood pressure, and no one in your immediate family has a history of high blood pressure or heart problems; and (viii) you do not know of any other reason you should not exercise; or (B) your physician has specifically approved of your use of the Sites.

 

And in becoming a Member with the intent of using the Sites, you further affirm that either (A) all of the following statements are true: (i) you will not dietary follow advice that includes ingredients that you are  allergic to including nuts, eggs, dairy products or any other foods; (ii) you are not presently following a diet plan provided to you by a physician or other medical professional for health reasons; and (iii) you have not been medically diagnosed as suffering from diabetes, hypoglycemia, heart disease, high cholesterol or high blood pressure; or (B) your physician has specifically approved your use of the Sites.

 

And if you are a woman, in becoming a Member with the intent of using the Sites you further affirm that either (A) you are not pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating or (B) your physician has specifically approved your use of the Sites.  If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.  If you are in the United States and think you are having a medical or health emergency, call your health care professional, or 911, immediately.

Return Policy

WebFitness and partner companies have a 30-day return policy on all non-consumable products that is unused and in the original packaging.  Consumable products are non-returnable, as health concerns prevent us from accepting returns of any consumable product.

 

Cancellation Policy

Membership fee payments begin the day of registration.  Memberships automatically renew at the end of the membership time period and will be charged to the member's credit card entered on day of registration. All memberships are automatically recurring.  To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We are understanding and will make exceptions in extreme cases of injury or personal hardship within ten days of your most recent payment. To be considered for a refund, you must cancel your membership AND send a written request to Member.Service@WebFitness.com. Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  WebFitness may terminate the membership and these terms if it is unable to renew the membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.  Access to Members Login and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the membership fees. WebFitness will provide at least thirty (30) calendar days notice on public website before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.

 

Shipping Policy

WebFitness accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week and orders are processed in the order they are received.  Products will be shipped using the class of service selected during checkout.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.  We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by Member.
