'I AM!' These two words can change the way you think and do things for yourself. I AM, can become a prelude of negative thoughts or a positive affirmation.
Hurtful comments that you describe yourself is out of fear. I am lazy. I am a procrastinator. I am scared. Are you any of those? NO, its fear holding you back. Afraid of change, afraid of being seen or heard, afraid of being scared are just roadblocks. You feel lazy, but you can change that by getting up and move. You feel like a procrastinator, but you can organize yourself and see all the accomplishments you can do. You feel scared, but; once you try to get out of your comfort zone, the sky is the limit. You just gotta' push yourself!
It's time to take hold of these two words and use them to succeed! Write these two words in your bathroom mirror. I AM... complete the sentence and read every morning. By doing so, it changes your mindset. Empowering you to differential the difference between negative identity to a 'feeling.' The feeling is something at that moment. At that moment can help create clarity once it is accepted; it is a temporary problem. Break it down. Diagnose it into smaller bits. Confront as a checklist to complete. Explore options to move into a solution that works for you. Everyday awareness can bring a healthier mindset and increase your emotional descriptors of yourself. So, take the extra effort to be the best you can be!
